Tactical First Aid Drop Dump Pouch

The Medical Drop Pouch in Dangle Drop Style is designed to be worn in the opening of the rear plate pocket or can be mounted to the front of a vest, chest rig, or anywhere with loop interface. This allows it to occupy unused space and remain out of the way, compatible with vests such as JPC, CPC, LBT, D3CR, MK3, MK4, and more.

Featuring an ambidextrous inner layout, the Trauma Drop Pouch includes inside elastic bands to secure your markers, chem light, and other items. It also has fitted slots for medical shears, making it large enough to store IFAK contents, trauma kits, and all essential medical supplies.

Accessible from both sides, the Medical dump pouch has an Open-Ended Ambidextrous design. With left or right deployment pull tabs, you can easily access IFAK contents and get to work. The adjustable shock cord retention systems on both sides allow for secure content storage, all manageable with one hand or a single finger.

Made from 500D nylon fabric, the EMT drop pouch is lightweight and waterproof, adding minimal load to your plate vest. The outer pouch measures 9.8"L x 7"H / 24.9cm x 12cm.
